3. Purpose and Scope
Browsing the website, as well as purchasing any product at https://kloelle.eu, implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by the Customer/User.
We reserve the right to make changes to our website and to the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on https://kloelle.eu.
We also reserve the right to refuse the provision of services, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
4. Customer Obligations
The Customer/User must respect and comply with the following conditions:
- Keep the confidentiality of their account and password to prevent third parties from accessing their account at https://kloelle.eu. The Customer agrees to accept responsibility for all activities carried out with their account or password.
- Do not use false identity or email addresses.
- Personal data and addresses must be correct so that we can properly process orders.
- The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to Kloelle® and agrees to update their Registration Account whenever necessary.
Kloelle® is not responsible for any delays or failure to process orders, particularly during delivery, due to incorrect or insufficient data provided by the Customer.
5. Responsibilities
All products sold on Kloelle® comply with European legislation.
Kloelle® is not responsible for any violation of the legislation of the country where the order is delivered.
For countries outside the European Union, it is the Customer's responsibility to check with local authorities for any customs duties.
Kloelle® is not responsible for any damages arising from interference, interruptions, computer viruses, system failures, or disconnections that may temporarily prevent access to navigation or the provision of services to Users.
6. Placing an Online Order
To make purchases through the website https://kloelle.eu, it is necessary to register as a Customer by completing the online form.
The registration process on the website requires the use of an email address and a password chosen by the Customer. After registration, simply add the products you wish to purchase to the shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart." Follow all the steps indicated to successfully complete the purchase.
The validation of the purchase order implies that the Customer has read and accepted the "Terms and Conditions" of the website https://kloelle.eu. The registered data constitutes proof of transactions carried out between Kloelle® and the Customer.
Once the purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email for the transaction. If you need to alter or correct the order, please contact us immediately via email
or through the contact form, before we begin production of the order.
7. Prices and Taxes
The prices displayed include VAT at the current legal rate.
The prices of the products for sale on our website do not include the cost of shipping the order.
Any changes in product prices may be made without prior notice.
International Prices:
The prices of the products may be displayed in the local currency of your country, with the exchange rate updated daily. However, the currency used for payment will always be the Euro.

Paypal (Credit/Debit Cards)

Bank Transfer (Only for European Countries)
When selecting Bank Transfer as the payment method, you will receive the bank account details to which you should make the transfer in the order confirmation email. It is very important to include the order number in the subject line, along with your first and last name. If you wish, you may send a copy of the bank transfer receipt to the email
. The bank transfer must be made within 10 business days of receiving the order confirmation email.
If you make the transfer outside the Eurozone, the amount must be paid in Euros. Any exchange and/or bank fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Your order will be processed after receiving the payment.
9. Deliveries and Returns
All orders are carefully packed and shipped in reinforced cardboard tubes/packaging, suitable for postal delivery, ensuring the order arrives in perfect condition. The cardboard tubes are marked with the Kloelle® brand.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, the selected carrier, peak periods, public holidays and, where applicable, customs procedures.

Shipping and Delivery – Monday to Friday
After payment is received, we immediately start manufacturing your ordered product. Therefore, before finalising your order, please make sure that all your personal details and the requested products are correct (size, colour, etc.). If you have any questions, contact us by email or through our contact form.
Your order will be shipped by the Carrier. At the same time, we will send you the “Tracking Number” by email so you can follow your shipment.
If nobody is available at the delivery address, the Carrier will leave a notice to arrange a new delivery time or collection at the nearest post office or pick-up points.
If the order is returned to Kloelle® because it was not collected from the post office within the deadline or because the address provided is insufficient or incorrect, we will resend the order to the Customer and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Kloelle® is not responsible for any delays or inability to process the order, particularly at the time of delivery, resulting from errors or insufficient information provided by the Customer.
Returns
Our mission and commitment is to provide our Customers with high-quality products, manufactured with carefully selected materials. We want you to be 100% satisfied and to have a very positive experience.
All products available at https://kloelle.eu are manufactured immediately after payment confirmation and made to order for each Customer (size, colour, etc.). For this reason, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised, pursuant to Decree-Law No 24/2014 (Art. 17). However, you may request the cancellation of the order only if production has not yet started.
You may return a product in the following situations:
If, upon receiving your order, the outer packaging (tube/reinforced cardboard packaging) is damaged as a result of transport and you suspect damage to the contents, we recommend that you record the incident and contact us within 48 hours to inform us of what happened. We will send an identical product immediately after confirming the situation.
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, return it to us at no additional cost. Before returning the order, please contact us to inform us of what happened.
The incident must be reported to Kloelle® within a maximum of 14 days from the day you received your order so that we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We will send a new product after we confirm the situation. In some cases, it may be necessary to return the item before reshipment.
The packaging and the product must be in perfect condition, with all original contents, without prejudice to the consumer’s legal rights.
Force Majeure
We are fully committed to ensuring that your order always arrives on time. However, on rare occasions, delays may occur due to situations or circumstances beyond our control, for which we cannot be held responsible (for example, holidays, strikes, customs, or carrier responsibility). In any case, the Customer will never be disadvantaged. In the event of loss or damage to the shipped products, a new order will be sent to the Customer at no cost.

Any conflict or divergence of interpretation of the "Terms and Conditions" will be submitted to the competent Portuguese Court of Lisbon. Changes to our "Terms and Conditions" Policy
If we make changes to our "Terms and Conditions" Policy, we will publish a new version on our website, which will become effective from the moment of publication. The new policy will apply to all current and previous Customers/Users of the website and will replace any previous policies that are inconsistent.
