Orders are carefully packaged for transport with reinforced protection (rigid cardboard tube or equivalent packaging) to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. The packaging is branded Kloelle^®.

All orders are produced after payment confirmation. Production time may vary depending on the type and size of the product. Once production is completed, the order is shipped to the indicated address, and delivery time depends on the destination. Please refer to the shipping information in the Terms and Conditions. During peak periods, delivery times may vary slightly.

Yes. Wall Stickers and Wall Murals are completely safe and suitable for use in baby and children’s rooms. All our products are printed with water-based, non-toxic inks that do not emit odours.

They should be applied to smooth and flat surfaces such as walls, glass, doors, mirrors, tiles and furniture.
Important: If the wall was recently painted, it is recommended to wait 3–6 weeks before application.

No, when properly applied and removed, they do not damage the wall or paint in good condition.

“Mirrored” means a horizontally reversed version. If the displayed image faces right, you will receive the version facing left (and vice versa).

If an air bubble appears, gently press with the palm of your hand or a soft cloth from the centre towards the edges.

To make removal easier, warm the area with a hairdryer (moderate heat) and slowly peel the material away from one corner while continuing to warm the section that remains adhered.
Any adhesive residue can be removed with a damp cloth or a mild cleaning product suitable for the surface.

Long-term storage is not recommended, as the adhesive may lose effectiveness over time. We recommend applying the product within 1–2 weeks. If storage is necessary, keep the product in its original packaging, tightly closed and in a cool place.

No, however during application it is possible to reposition Wall Stickers and Wall Murals. single-colour decorative vinyl (non-printed) is designed for single application only and allows only minor adjustments during installation.

The indicated measurements refer to the total size of the set (a group of multiple self-adhesive elements). You will receive one sheet in the selected size containing all the elements. You can then peel off each element individually and apply it to the wall to create your desired composition.

The materials used are designed for long durability (over 5 years) indoors under normal conditions. However, longevity may vary depending on surface quality, humidity levels and direct sunlight exposure.

Wall Murals are large-format high-resolution prints designed for interior decoration. They create sophisticated and thematic environments with strong visual impact, completely transforming a space. They are widely used in both homes and commercial spaces (restaurants, hotels, shops, offices, etc.).

Application is similar to traditional wallpaper, but our Wall Murals are self-adhesive and repositionable during installation, so there is no need to apply separate wallpaper glue (although some customers choose to reinforce). View the complete application guide.

No. Application must be carried out on a completely smooth surface. If the wall is uneven, you may alternatively apply the mural onto a smooth board (foam board/K-line, PVC, etc.) and then fix that board to the wall using a suitable method.

Absolutely. Use a very soft damp cloth without applying excessive pressure, and avoid aggressive cleaning products.

We do not provide installation services. However, our Wall Murals are very easy and quick to apply, as they are self-adhesive and repositionable during installation. View application instructions.

Each product is made to order and personalised according to the selected options (for example, size and model), and therefore no stock is held. For this reason, returns or exchanges for personal reasons cannot be accepted. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, loss during shipping, damage by the carrier, or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact us so that the matter can be resolved. No, Canvas prints and Posters are shipped rolled in reinforced packaging. Canvas prints include an additional margin for stretching (3–5 cm; for the 102 cm size, 2 cm on the longer sides). Stretching can be done later at a specialised shop, or you may frame the canvas according to your preference.

We do not have a physical store or showroom. Sales are exclusively online and orders are shipped via courier.
